What if my flight is delayed? You don’t have to worry if your arrival is delayed because our staff is always in touch with the major airlines. We will be at the airport at the time your flight arrives. Don’t worry about making a call to us. There is no additional charge.
How will I recognize my driver? Our representative driver will meet you in the arrival area of the airport and will be holding a sign with your name.
What if I have many suitcases? Our luggage policy is the same as the airlines policy. One carry-on and two suitcases (up to 50 lbs. each) per person. If you have additional luggage, like golf clubs, art, or special items, let us know so your driver can be prepared.
Which are the most convenient airports to San Miguel Allende? There are 3 major airports in the area. If you have the opportunity to fly straight in to Guanajuato International Airport (known as Leon),it is most convenient, because it is only 1:30 hours away from town. The second is Queretaro´s Airport, which is about 20 kilometers (15 miles) south of Queretaro so it will take about one hour and ten minutes, and the third one is Mexico city Airport (Benito Juarez) which is about 3 hrs on the new toll road that avoids most of Mexico City’s traffic, it is now one of the most reliable Airports in term of frequency and cost. We think it is very reliable because you don’t have to worry about loosing your luggage or your connection, and it is less expensive flying to and from Mexico City Airport because of its many major airlines.
What if I do not see my driver? Please contact us! We are in constant contact with the chauffeurs, so please call or email if you have a problem, concern, or suggestion. If you travel often, then you understand that the airports, airlines, and weather are all in a constant state of change and can sometimes change the information we receive from the airlines.
